I welcome your ward to the new world of education at M.M. College of Nursing Kumarhatti, Solan (H.P) and I offer my thanking prayer for opting us at stakeholders in your child’s learning process. Today, every nurse needs to develop scientific attitude and be a reflective practitioner. As nurses, we are the direct care providers and should carry message of love, care, competence and compassion into this war torn world.
Nursing Education at M.M. College of Nursing has its impact in creating competent professionals who are committed to high degree of professional engagement and holistic healing. These emerging Nursing professionals need to be exposed to the inter-disciplinary approach of clinical research which will pave way for true scientific innovations for India as a nation. The order is tall, but worth exploring and achieving. Let’s hold hands and move towards much needed fresh and energetic innovations in Nursing Education.

“World Health Organization” (WHO) has designated 2020 as the ‘Year of the Nurse and Midwife’, in honor of the 200th birth Anniversary of Florence Nightingale. For nurses, this will be “once in a generation opportunity” to showcase the profession. The 2020 Nightingale Challenge calls on employers across the world to invest in developing leadership skills of young nurses.
